Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors integrations and good knowledge of SAP CPI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand business and functional requirements related to SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
- Work closely with business and functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into integration specifications.
- Coordinate with SAP CPI technical teams for integration design and implementation.
- Understand SuccessFactors modules, APIs, integration flows, and data mapping.
- Support testing, issue resolution, and integration validation.

Required Skills:

- 5–8 years of SAP experience.
- Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Good knowledge of SAP CPI (Cloud Integration).
- Experience in SuccessFactors integration requirements and functional analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
