Description

We're looking for a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Rollout Solution Architect to lead solutioning for a large-scale S/4HANA deployment and industrialization program for a global manufacturing organization.

You'll work directly with Wipro stakeholders during the proposal, planning, and mobilization phases, defining the rollout strategy, governance model, and delivery approach for a multi-location S/4HANA program.

Key Responsibilities

- Define end-to-end SAP S/4HANA rollout strategy and deployment methodology.
- Design industrialized rollout and deployment factory approach.
- Lead solutioning workshops with customer and internal stakeholders.
- Create rollout roadmap, phase plan, governance model, and delivery structure.
- Define migration strategy including master data, transactional data, validation, and cutover approaches.
- Assess integration landscape and define interface modernization strategy.
- Define testing approach including SIT, UAT, automation, and defect management.
- Develop KPI, quality gate, risk management, and reporting frameworks.
- Recommend automation and AI-led accelerators to improve rollout efficiency.
- Support proposal development, effort estimation, staffing model creation, and solution presentations.




- Mentor and guide future SAP workstream leads and consultants.

What you'll need

- SAP experience
- 2+ large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout programs led end-to-end
- Robust cross-module expertise: MM, SD, PP, EWM, QM, PM, CO
- Proven experience with SAP migration programs and distributed delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience building RACI, governance, PMO, and quality frameworks

- SAP Activate methodology.
- SAP CPI / PI-PO integration architecture.
- SAP Signavio.
- Worksoft Test Automation.
- SAP Data Migration Cockpit.
- Manufacturing and Automotive industry experience.
- Experience with global template rollouts.
- Exposure to AI-driven deployment, migration, or testing accelerators.

Nice to have

Automotive/manufacturing experience (Bosch, Continental, ZF, Valeo, Magna, Aptiv, Lear or similar), experience supporting proposal/pre-sales activities, SAP Solution Architect or S/4HANA certification.
