Location: Any TCS location in INDIA (WFO)

Max NP: Serving within 30days

Responsibilities: We are looking for a senior SAP Program Manager with 12–15+ years of experience to lead large SAP S/4HANA programs executed using Protected. The role requires strong program governance, SAP delivery expertise, and the ability to manage complex, multi-vendor, multi-ART environments.

- Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA program delivery using SAFe
- Define program governance, milestones, budgets, and delivery plans
- Coordinate across ARTs, RTEs, Product Owners, and Solution Architects
- Manage risks,



dependencies, and executive escalations
- Ensure alignment between business outcomes, architecture, and delivery
- Oversee cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare readiness
- Provide executive-level status reporting and decision support

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as single point of accountability for program success
- Drive predictability, transparency, and financial control
- Manage vendors and offshore/onshore delivery models
- Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards

Requirements

- Minimum 12–15+ years of SAP program/project management experience
- Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA programs using SAFe
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate and Agile delivery models
- SAFe Program Consultant / PMP / PgMP certification preferred
- Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills
