Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP MDG Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions, ensuring the integrity and consistency of master data across the enterprise landscape.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, IT architects, and data stewards to design and implement end-to-end master data governance processes. By streamlining data workflows and ensuring high-quality data standards, you will directly influence the efficiency of downstream business processes, enabling the organization to make data-driven decisions with confidence and precision.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure SAP MDG solutions to align with organizational data governance policies, ensuring seamless data lifecycle management for business units.
- Lead complex data migration projects by mapping legacy data to SAP ECC structures, minimizing downtime and ensuring 100% data accuracy during transitions.
- Develop sophisticated data models and validation rules that prevent data redundancy, thereby enhancing the reliability of reporting and analytics for senior management.
- Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues between SAP MDG and SAP ECC,



maintaining a stable and high-performing system environment.
- Facilitate workshops with business process owners to translate operational needs into technical specifications, driving continuous improvement in data quality standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP MDG and SAP ECC, with a proven ability to architect solutions that handle complex data hierarchies and business rules.
- Possess a strong grasp of Data Governance frameworks and Data Modeling principles, ensuring that master data remains a strategic asset rather than a liability.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work workplace.
- Show a high degree of adaptability in a hybrid work setting, managing multiple project workstreams with minimal supervision while meeting rigorous deadlines.
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering successful SAP implementations in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Bring 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG and related modules, demonstrating a clear progression in technical responsibility and project ownership.
