As a SAP - EC Core (Joule) - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, and provide training and support to optimize their human resources processes. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their strategic objectives by enhancing talent management and operational efficiency.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, using your skills to deliver quality work while growing your personal brand. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in SAP Human Capital to provide consulting services that enable clients to achieve their strategic goals. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and continuous improvement,



contributing to the success of our clients and the firm.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Managing project budgeting and human resources transformation initiatives
- Applying business process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client connections to anticipate and address needs
- Leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and other tools to support strategic human resource planning
- Guiding teams in change management and organizational development efforts
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within human resources metrics and policies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives
- Managing human resources transformation projects effectively
- Applying strategic human resource planning techniques
- Leveraging workforce analytics for informed decision-making
