Position: SAP CPI Consultant – SuccessFactors

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop integration flows using SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
- Develop integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems.
- Work on APIs, OData, SOAP, REST, SFTP, and other integration technologies.
- Configure mappings, transformations, routing, exception handling, and monitoring.
- Analyze integration requirements and prepare technical specifications.




- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Collaborate with SuccessFactors functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of overall SAP/integration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CPI.
- Robust experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
- Good knowledge of APIs, mappings, authentication, and integration patterns.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
