About The Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP C4C Functional Consultant with a strong background in CRM Sales and hands-on experience in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C). The role involves supporting Sales and Service processes, end users, testing activities, training, and C4C implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support to the Product Owner, CRM Capability Experts, and C4C team.
- Support end users across different countries and regions for SAP C4C Sales and Service modules.
- Collaborate with business teams and different departments to support Sales and Service Cloud implementation activities.
- Understand business requirements and assist in translating them into functional requirements and solutions.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve SAP C4C training documentation and user guides.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for SAP C4C end users.
- Support various testing activities, including:
- User Department Testing
- Regression Testing
- UAT
- Integration Testing

- Coordinate with technical teams during implementation of functional/technical requirements and bug-fixing activities.
- Assist in preparing business requirements and technical requirement documents.




- Participate in issue analysis, resolution, and continuous improvement of C4C processes.
- Support standardization and optimization of CRM Sales processes across business units and regions.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience with SAP C4C / SAP Cloud for Customer.
- Strong functional background in CRM Sales processes.
- Good understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Experience in SAP C4C implementation, support, rollout, or enhancement projects.
- Experience working with global business users and cross-functional teams.
- Robust understanding of testing processes, including UAT, regression, and integration testing.
- Experience in preparing functional/business requirement documentation.
- Strong experience in end-user training and documentation.
- Good understanding of integration between C4C and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- SAP C4C Sales and Service module experience.
- Global rollout/support experience.
- CRM transformation or implementation experience.
- Experience working in an international environment.
