About the Company A global bank is standing up its India technology and operations centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire for the team that keeps its core-banking SAP landscape patched, available, and audit-ready. You will sit inside a regulated change-management process where downtime has a direct cost. Role Overview

As an SAP Basis Administrator, you will own the health of the bank's SAP landscape across development, QA, and production, working closely with infosec and database teams to keep systems compliant and performant.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration and Operations

- Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems across DEV, QA, and PROD
- Manage transport requests, client copies, and system refreshes
- Monitor system performance and resolve Basis-level incidents

Security, Compliance and Landscape Management

- Administer user access, roles, and authorizations in line with audit controls
- Coordinate patching, backups,



and disaster-recovery drills with infra and infosec teams
- Maintain documentation for regulatory and change-management reviews

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5 to 9 years as an SAP Basis Administrator or Basis Consultant
- Hands-on experience administering SAP on HANA or another major database
- Working knowledge of transport management, client administration, and system monitoring
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated workplace
- SAP HANA or NetWeaver certification
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or landscape consolidation
