Job Summary

We are seeking skilled SAP ABAP RAP Consultants and Senior Consultants with strong experience in S/4HANA development and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP). The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end SAP implementations and building scalable applications using modern ABAP technologies like CDS and OData services.

Key Responsibilities

? Application Development

- Design, build, and enhance applications using ABAP RAP (Managed/Unmanaged scenarios)
- Develop and maintain CDS views, behavior definitions, and service bindings
- Build and expose OData services (V2/V4)

? S/4HANA Development

- Develop HANA-optimized code using code pushdown techniques
- Work with APIs, enhancements, and extensibility frameworks
- Build solutions aligned with Clean Core principles

? Project Execution

- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementations, including:
- Requirement analysis
- Technical design & development
- Unit testing and integration testing
- UAT and go-live support

? Integration & Enhancements

- Work with enhancements (BAdIs, user exits)
- Integrate SAP with internal and external systems via APIs/services
- Support UI integration with Fiori/UI5 or Fiori Elements

? Quality & Documentation

- Follow coding standards and ensure ATC compliance




- Perform unit testing and debugging
- Prepare technical design documents and functional specs

Required Skills & Qualifications ✅ Technical Skills

- Strong experience in ABAP (OO ABAP mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with:
- RAP (ABAP RESTful Programming Model)
- CDS Views (associations, annotations)
- OData services
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA development

✅ SAP Development Experience

- Experience in:
- Enhancements (BAdIs, exits)
- Reports, interfaces, forms (RICEF objects)
- Debugging and performance tuning
- Exposure to AMDP / HANA concepts (preferred)

✅ Implementation Experience

- At least 1–3 end-to-end SAP implementations
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments

Experience Differentiation ? Consultant (5–7 Years)

- Solid hands-on development experience
- Ability to independently deliver technical objects
- Basic RAP project exposure

? Senior Consultant (8–10 Years)

- Deep expertise in RAP and CDS-based development
- Ability to design technical solutions
- Experience in mentoring junior team members
- Exposure to leading modules or workstreams

Good to Have Skills

- SAP Fiori / UI5 or Fiori Elements
- SAP BTP exposure
- Git-enabled ABAP (gCTS)
- Integration via REST/SOAP services
- Knowledge of CAP model (basic awareness)

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related field
