Key Responsibilities -Manage day-to-day salon operations, billing, cash handling, and inventory. -Lead, motivate, and manage a team of hair stylists, beauticians, and front-desk staff. -Ensure premium standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and luxury customer service. -Handle client bookings, walk-ins, feedback, and resolve any customer grievances smoothly. -Drive salon sales by promoting premium services, packages, and retail products.



? Job Requirements (Eligibility Criteria)Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Salon Management, Premium Retail, or Luxury Hospitality.

Education: Graduate in any stream (Hotel Management or Retail Management diploma is a plus).

Skills: Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi), solid leadership, and basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software).

Attributes: Highly groomed, punctual, professional attitude, and customer-first mindset. ? Shift Timings & Working Days 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Standard luxury retail hours)6 days a week (Rotational off week-day; Weekends are mandatory working days)
