Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Noida. The Salesperson will welcome and engage customers, understand their preferences, and guide them through the product range to provide a personalized, high-quality shopping experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining product features, styling options, and fabric details, managing inquiries, and ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and professionally. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, handling billing and basic inventory updates, coordinating with the store and back-office teams,



and meeting individual and store-level sales targets. The Salesperson is expected to represent Aggunj’s brand values, maintain a professional appearance, and support events or promotions as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to engage, build rapport, and close sales in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of fashion, textiles, and styling, with an interest in drapes, surface texturing, and designer wear.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and/or Hindi and active listening abilities.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems, billing, and inventory handling, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in office full time in Noida, including weekends and peak seasons, with a positive, professional attitude.
- Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury or designer stores is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in fashion, retail, or business is an advantage.
- Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a strong commitment to delivering an excellent in-store customer experience.
