About The Role

CloudFulcrum is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join our architecture team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystems and project management methodologies, and will play a pivotal role in leading Salesforce DevOps initiatives. As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and third-party vendors, to drive project success. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering an Agile environment, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex Salesforce projects, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to the digital transformation journeys of our clients.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems,



or a related field; an MBA is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of project management experience is required, with at least 6 years specifically managing Salesforce projects. Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ, is essential. Candidates should have experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies;

certifications such as Scrum Master or PMP are advantageous. Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Project Manager/Consultant credentials are highly preferred. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills are necessary, along with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate with Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and third-party vendors to facilitate seamless project execution and integration.

Develop comprehensive project plans that encompass resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and issue resolution.

Facilitate

Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning,



and retrospectives to promote transparency and continuous improvement. Manage change requests diligently, conducting impact analyses and obtaining necessary approvals. Ensure all projects adhere to Salesforce best practices, governance policies, and security standards.

Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to executive leadership, highlighting project progress, risks, and dependencies. Support user adoption initiatives through training, change management strategies, and stakeholder communication. Act as the escalation point for project-related issues, working proactively to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.
