Role: Salesforce Project Manager

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field (essential)
- Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) (essential) Experience


- Proven experience managing or supporting global projects within a matrix or multinational setting
- Experience in marketing technology or digital platform implementations incl. API integrations (e.g.,

CMS, CRM)
- Strong track record of supporting change initiatives, preferably alongside a Change Manager or Transformation Lead
- Familiarity with social media operations, platforms, and performance metrics is advantageous Skills & Competencies




- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Risk and issue management mindset, with the ability to anticipate blockers and drive resolution
- Skilled in using project tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills across different time zones and cultures
- Strong communication skills - able to convey complex information clearly in both verbal and written formats
