About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of advanced Salesforce.com solutions, primarily utilizing Financial Services Cloud. You will work closely with a distributed offshore team and U.S.-based stakeholders to develop scalable, high-quality solutions that support our business objectives. Your expertise will help drive support and enhancement projects, improve data governance,



and strengthen security practices.

Additionally, you will play a key role in advancing our mobile strategy, leveraging AI for reporting, and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

This position reports to the CIO and is integral to KKR's technology organization, which is committed to delivering impactful solutions that drive value for stakeholders, clients, and investors. Responsibilities

- Independently gather, analyze, and refine complex business requirements, working directly with stakeholders across different time zones to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Design technical and functional solutions based on business needs, utilizing best practices for Salesforce configuration and architecture.
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using configuration tools such as objects, flows, formula fields, reports, dashboards, and AppExchange products, ensuring scalable and maintainable designs.
- Define and oversee testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, to guarantee the quality and reliability of deliverables.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts during functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), resolving complex issues with advanced Salesforce debugging tools.
- Facilitate business and technology discussions for requirement analysis, prototyping, design reviews, and testing, representing the team in cross-functional meetings.
- Design and govern scalable data models within Salesforce, applying sound object-oriented architecture principles for optimal performance and data integrity.
- Manage deployment processes and provide post-production support, leveraging CI/CD practices and scratch orgs to ensure smooth transitions.
- Proactively identify risks,



dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements, escalating issues as needed and implementing effective solutions.
- Coordinate effectively with offshore and onshore teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration, including overlapping working hours when necessary.
- Support end users by addressing onboarding questions and resolving issues promptly to ensure high user satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience as a Salesforce.com functional analyst or consultant, with proven expertise in designing and delivering complex configuration-based solutions.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior analysts or developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Extensive relevant experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly with Financial Services Cloud.
- Passion for technology, architecture, and solving complex problems at scale.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and thrive in a distributed team setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with experience collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work across overlapping hours with global teams as required.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Financial Services Cloud are preferred.
