Job Title: Salesforce BA - CPQ

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a Salesforce CPQ implementation for one of our clients. This role sits at the center of the Quote-to-Cash transformation translating business requirements into Salesforce CPQ capabilities, and working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and the implementation team to deliver a scalable quoting and pricing platform.

Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirements discovery and analysis for the Salesforce CPQ implementation across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle (product catalog, pricing, quoting, contracts, and orders).
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements; author user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce CPQ solution designs product bundles, price rules, discount schedules, quote templates, approval workflows, amendments, and renewals.
- Map current-state and future-state Quote-to-Cash processes, identifying gaps, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Salesforce architects, developers, and admins to validate solution designs and support configuration decisions.
- Plan and drive UAT test scenarios, test scripts, defect triage, and business sign-off.
- Support data mapping and migration analysis for products, price books, contracts, and subscriptions.




- Facilitate workshops and demos with business stakeholders; act as the bridge between business and technical teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce implementations.
- Must have: hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience product and price book configuration, price rules, discounting, quote templates, approvals, amendments, and renewals.
- Experience on at least one end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation from discovery through deployment and hypercare.
- Robust understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process quoting, contracting, order management, invoicing, and revenue operations.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality BA artifacts user stories, BRDs/FRDs, process maps, and traceability matrices.
- Experience running UAT cycles and driving business sign-off.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills comfortable engaging business leaders and technical teams alike.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

- Salesforce certifications CPQ Specialist (strongly preferred), Business Analyst, or Administrator.
- Exposure to Salesforce Billing and downstream invoicing processes.
- Experience with CLM/document generation tools (e.g., DocuSign, Conga).
- Familiarity with ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and middleware in the Quote-to-Cash flow.
- Prior consulting or client-facing implementation experience.
