Key Requirements
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) and Agentforce Specialist required.
- Experience: 7+ years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience, including 1+ year with Agentforce building AI agents and 1+ year in Salesforce LWC development.
- Technical Skills: Robust proficiency in Apex, Core Java, JavaScript, SOQL, Visual Force, and tools like Force.com IDE/Data Loader.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with IVR technologies (Avaya, Cisco, Chatbots), automation tools (ANT, AutoRABIT), and Agile/SAFe methodology.
- Soft Skills: Experience in onshore/offshore collaborative models and strong communication skills.
