Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Consultant.

The Salesforce

Consultant will configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce.com to support PInterview’s core business processes, including user management, data models, workflows, and integrations. In this role, the consultant will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, perform business analysis, and translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing Salesforce administration, creating and refining reports and dashboards, optimizing data quality,



and supporting ongoing enhancements and new feature implementations.

Consultant will also provide user training, documentation, and best-practice guidance to ensure effective and efficient use of the platform.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and demonstrated experience in Business Analysis to understand requirements and design effective Salesforce solutions.
- Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration skills, including user management, security, configuration, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Development skills, such as working with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder) and, ideally, basic Apex/Visualforce or Lightning Web Components.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, solution presentation, and ongoing client support.
- Relevant skills and qualifications: experience with Salesforce best practices, familiarity with integrations and APIs, strong written and verbal communication, ability to work independently in a remote workplace, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant) and prior experience in EdTech or career consulting domains are beneficial.
