Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Project Manager role based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Sales Project

Manager will oversee elevator sales projects from inquiry to commissioning, coordinating closely with clients, internal engineering, and installation teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, preparing proposals and quotations, tracking sales pipelines, and ensuring clear documentation for each project. The role involves handling customer queries, organizing site visits, monitoring project progress,



and resolving issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

The Sales Project

Manager will also support business development initiatives, provide regular sales and project status reports, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking project deliverables.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret technical requirements, pricing structures, and project performance data.
- Customer service and communication skills to manage client expectations and maintain skilled relationships.
- Sales skills to identify opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate terms, and support contract closures.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or elevator/escalator industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic project management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
