Role Description The Sales Operations Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position supports the sales and operations teams in a BPO environment by managing daily sales processes, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring accurate invoicing and documentation. The role involves coordinating with client-facing teams to enhance customer service and customer experience, preparing reports and presentations for management, and assisting with forecasting and pipeline management.

Qualifications

- Sales and basic Invoicing skills to assist with sales processes, revenue tracking, and accurate billing.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in BPO or contact center operations, preferably in a sales support or operations role.
