About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our real estate sales and marketing function. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, business development, team management, client acquisition, and project marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, sales conversion, and revenue growth.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, manage, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
- Monitor individual and team performance and implement improvement plans wherever required.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visit, negotiation, booking, and closure.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Plan and execute property promotions, campaigns, events, digital marketing initiatives, and other lead-generation activities.
- Identify current business opportunities and explore new markets, locations, and customer segments.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with the CRM, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth customer experience and timely closure.
- Prepare and present regular sales MIS, pipeline reports, target achievement reports, and market updates to Management.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads, site visits, negotiations, bookings, collections, and customer requirements.
- Develop and manage channel partner networks to increase project sales.




- Maintain high standards of customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Take ownership of sales performance and provide strategic recommendations to Management for business growth.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales & • Marketing is mandatory.
