Key responsibilities
- Collect daily attendance, store visit, sales, and productivity data from the North Sales Team.
- Update Excel reports and dashboards.
- Share daily reports on time.
- Analyse target versus achievement.
- Follow up with low-performing employees and ask for reasons and action plans.
- Communicate with the North Sales Team in Hindi and English.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries.
- 8. Report directly to the BDM or Sales Operations Head.
