Job Summary

Bhagyashree Industries is looking for an energetic and result-driven Marketing Executive with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's marketing activities, promoting our lighting products and brand, generating business opportunities, and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing activities to promote SILICON lighting products.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and other business partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.

- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and business growth.

- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

- Assist in planning exhibitions, dealer meets, product launches, and promotional events.

- Support offline and online marketing campaigns.

- Coordinate with the internal creative and marketing teams for promotional materials and campaigns.

- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities,



customer feedback, and market opportunities.

- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media will be an added advantage.

- Experience in the lighting, electrical, manufacturing, building materials, or related industry is preferred.

- Willingness to travel for marketing activities and client meetings, if required.

- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
