Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, creative and commercially focused professional who can seamlessly integrate Sales & Marketing to drive revenue and brand growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that marketing generates leads, PR builds credibility, and sales converts opportunities into revenue.

? 1. Sales & Revenue Growth

Focus: Lead conversion, client acquisition, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Converting social media enquiries into consultations and paid clients
- Handling Instagram, WhatsApp & website leads actively and professionally
- Following up consistently to improve consultation-to-conversion ratios
- Supporting monthly revenue targets and tracking performance metrics

? 2. Marketing & Lead Generation

Focus: Creating consistent demand and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning monthly content calendars aligned with sales goals
- Managing with Social media team on Instagram strategy (reels, stories, engagement & DMs)




- Strategizing running promotional campaigns and exclusive offers
- Coordinating shoots, testimonials, and before-after content
- Supporting paid ad campaigns and monitoring lead quality
- Staying updated with beauty and aesthetic industry trends

? 3. PR & Brand Positioning

Focus: Building authority and premium perception.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing influencer collaborations and strategic partnerships
- Creating brand tie-ups with lifestyle & luxury communities
- Building partnerships with corporates, hospitality professionals & premium clientele
- Planning in-studio events, launches and promotional activations
- Exploring media features and digital visibility opportunities
- Strengthening Tvesate’s positioning as a premium aesthetic destination
