Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Manager role based in the Mohali district for Sales of Vacuum Solution products and project solutions.

The Sales Manager will lead and grow the sales function, including identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and overseeing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.

Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, tracking performance metrics, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and coordinating with internal and field teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.

The role involves meeting clients on-site, conducting product presentations, negotiating terms, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.





The Sales Manager will also mentor sales team members, support their development, and contribute to improving sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales management or senior sales roles, ideally in B2B or service-focused environments.

- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and account retention.

- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use insights to drive performance improvements.

- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and willingness to travel locally within Mohali and nearby regions in the upper North India as needed.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

- Demonstrated ability to set targets, manage a small team, and work under time and revenue pressure in a skilled, ethical manner.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic office software, and structured sales processes.

- Ability to work with and manage teams.

- Experience in industrial capital and project machineries in the north region will be an advantage.
