Role Overview

We are seeking a result-oriented and client-focused Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to drive luxury residential sales for Trump Residences Gurgaon. The role involves end-to-end sales ownership, client relationship management, and team leadership to deliver high-value closures in a premium real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct site visits, high-impact product presentations, and client negotiations.
- Drive strong conversion rates through structured follow-ups and relationship building.
- Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and activations.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and channel partners.
- Handle client queries, provide detailed project insights, and customize solutions.




- Ensure seamless post-sales processes including documentation, collections, and handovers.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and drive the on-ground sales team to achieve collective targets.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales pitch, and closing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Projects) for smooth deal execution.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks in the luxury segment.
- Share regular MIS reports, sales funnel updates, and forecasts with leadership.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the portfolio.

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in luxury / high-value real estate sales (preferably Gurgaon market).
- Robust track record of closures and revenue generation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Experience managing HNI clients and large-ticket transactions.
- Leadership experience (for Senior Manager role).
