Sales Manager – Eicher Small Trucks Location: Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra Industry: Commercial Vehicles / Automobile Brand: Eicher – VECV Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage sales of Eicher Small Commercial Vehicles in the assigned territory. Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets. Develop new customers and generate business through field visits, market mapping and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with transporters, fleet owners, business owners, contractors and individual customers. Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base in Ahilyanagar and nearby areas. Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry and quotation to booking, finance coordination and vehicle delivery.

Coordinate with the finance team, dealership management and workshop/service team to ensure smooth customer experience. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and customer requirements. Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Maintain regular follow-up with leads and ensure proper CRM/data reporting. Participate in customer meets, exhibitions, roadshows and local marketing activities.



Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business.

Candidate Requirements: 3–7 years of experience in automobile/commercial vehicle sales preferred.

Experience in commercial vehicle, LCV, SCV, truck or automobile sales will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of the local Ahilyanagar market and surrounding areas. Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.

Strong field-sales and customer relationship management abilities. Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated. Should be comfortable with extensive local travel and field visits. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel are preferred.

Candidates with an existing network among transporters, fleet owners and business customers will be preferred.
