We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth across our ferrous, non-ferrous and aluminium product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage B2B sales for ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and aluminium products
- Identify and acquire new customers, traders, manufacturers, fabricators and industrial clients
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts
- Generate new business through market visits, references, networking and industry contacts
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment terms and supply contracts
- Coordinate with purchase, operations, logistics and accounts teams for smooth order execution
- Monitor metal prices, market trends, customer demand and competitor activity
- Achieve monthly and annual sales, volume and profitability targets
- Ensure timely payment collection and control customer outstanding balances
- Prepare sales forecasts, customer reports and business development plans




- Explore new markets, applications, products and customer segments

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, aluminium, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass or related metal products will be strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills
- Positive commercial understanding of pricing, margins, credit and payment cycles
- Ability to independently generate leads, develop accounts and close deals
- Target-driven, proactive and comfortable with customer visits and market development
- Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM and sales reporting
- Willingness to travel as required
