To drive business growth in the Machinery Loans segment by directly sourcing high-value opportunities, expanding market presence, building robust channel partner networks, and achieving individual sales targets within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Generation: Directly source, process, and close Machinery Loan business across the assigned territory to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Network & Channel Development: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with machinery dealers, OEMs, manufacturers, DSAs, and business intermediaries.

- Pipeline Management: Identify high-potential leads, execute field visits, assess client financing needs, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

- Credit & Portfolio Quality: Ensure initial screening, quality sourcing, and adherence to risk, credit, and compliance guidelines to maintain sound portfolio health.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Credit, Operations, Risk, and Collections teams for quick turnaround times, smooth documentation, and seamless customer onboarding.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends,



competitor offerings, and customer requirements to identify new growth pockets and maintain a competitive edge.

- Customer Experience: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle and maintain post-disbursement client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 3 to 8 years of direct sales experience in Machinery Loans, Machine Finance, Equipment Finance, Capital Equipment Finance, or Industrial Finance.

- Strong, active network of machinery dealers, OEMs, DSAs, and industrial channel partners in the target region.

- Proven track record as an individual contributor consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Solid understanding of financial statement analysis, credit appraisal workflows, and industrial lending processes.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Age: Below 35 years.

- Location: Must be currently based out of Chennai.

- Education: Graduate degree mandatory.
