Roles & Responsibilities:
- Candidate from Insurance / BroCa / Direct Sales background would be preferred.
- Minimum 1 year exp. of Motor Insurance and Drive Motor insurance sales through the agency channel
- Primary role - Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents.
- Responsible for Recruitment, onboarding and activation of Partners/Agents.
- Conduct continuous agent training program.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
Skills Required:
- Should be familiar with basics of Insurance. Should have solid convincing power.
- Industry Experience (Motor) will be preferred.
- Positive attitude & proactive/ sales driven.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Should be confident, self-motivated and Interactive.
- Age: Max 30 years
