Role Overview

Aurafest Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager – South India for a leading client in the Rigid Plastic Manufacturing Industry .

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PET Preforms, PET Bottles, HDPE/PP Bottles, Containers, Jars, Caps & Closures and other rigid plastic packaging products .

The candidate will be responsible for developing the South India market, acquiring new customers, managing key accounts and achieving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the South India region .
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers in the Rigid Plastic Industry .
- Develop business opportunities for PET Preforms, PET Bottles, HDPE/PP Containers, Jars, Caps & Closures and other rigid plastic products .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Purchase Heads, Procurement Heads, Plant Heads, Packaging Heads and Business Owners .
- Generate leads through market research, existing networks, references, customer visits and industry contacts.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enquiry, quotation, negotiation and order closure .
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and increase business volumes.
- Identify new customers and untapped markets across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala .
- Conduct regular customer and plant visits to understand requirements and generate new business.
- Negotiate pricing,



payment terms and commercial conditions while maintaining targeted margins.
- Coordinate with production, planning, quality, dispatch and logistics teams for smooth execution of customer orders.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, customer visit reports and business-development plans.
- Ensure timely follow-up for payments and outstanding receivables.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5–12 years in B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Relevant experience in the Rigid Plastic Manufacturing / Packaging Industry is mandatory.
- Experience in PET Preforms, PET Bottles, HDPE/PP Bottles, Containers, Jars, Caps & Closures preferred.
- Strong customer network across South India will be highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong understanding of rigid plastic products, applications, pricing and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Robust commercial acumen and business-development mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
