Worksmith builds AI operating systems for businesses. We work across three verticals.

Health Check - Connects a company's operational data like ERP, contracts, invoices, consumption records, billing systems etc into a single knowledge graph, then runs agents against it to surface where value is leaking. Then develops automated custom business intellect layers to stop the leakage.

Workflow Automation - Replaces repeatable manual processes with autonomous agents that run without being triggered.

Business Development - Builds the digital infrastructure underneath: portals, applications, custom software.

Job Requirement:

4+ years of experience in closing leads.

This role requires you to build the pipeline, run the first conversations, and bring a founder into the room when it's time to close. The product is an operational health check, we connect a business's systems, find where money is quietly leaking, and build the AI systems that stop it. Every finding traces back to the client's own invoices and contracts, so you're never overselling.

But you're always asking someone to believe an uncomfortable thing about their own company before they've seen the evidence. That's the entire difficulty of this role,



and the entire reason it's interesting.

Ideal Candidate:

- You've sold something intangible - services, consulting, custom work. Something where the buyer had to trust you before they could evaluate you.
- You've cold-started a pipeline. Not managed inbound. Gone from zero contacts to signed business, with the discomfort that involves.
- You find businesses genuinely compelling. You'd rather understand how a diagnostics lab makes money than talk about your own product.
- You can ask an uncomfortable question and then stay quiet long enough to hear the real answer.

Note:

The person who takes this role builds the commercial engine of a company from nothing. It's difficult, largely unglamorous, and the feedback loop is immediate. If that reads as a warning, this isn't for you. If it reads as the point, we'd like to meet you.

We sell something the buyer doesn't know they need. Nobody wakes up wanting an operational diagnostic. Our client is a business owner who believes his operations are fine — and is wrong, by an amount that usually exceeds his annual profit. Your job is to change their mind. Not with a deck. With a conversation.
