Sales Floor Manager -

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the sales team on a daily basis.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
- Track team performance, productivity, conversions, and revenue.
- Allocate leads and ensure proper follow-up by team members.
- Conduct daily team huddles, briefings, and performance reviews.
- Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor call quality, customer handling, and sales processes.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and feedback.
- Train new and existing team members on products, processes, and sales techniques.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity on the sales floor.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding targets, challenges, and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and sales processes.
