We are looking for a confident , target - oriented and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive who wants to build a long-term career in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities Handle incoming travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.

Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences.

Recommend suitable travel packages and provide quotations.

Follow up regularly with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally to close sales.

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and bookings.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Upsell and cross-sell suitable travel packages and additional services.

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.

Maintain positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Stay updated about destinations, packages, offers and travel products.





What We Are Looking For Strong communication and convincing skills.

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls.

Strong sales mindset and willingness to work with targets.

Good follow-up and lead management skills.

Customer-focused and professional attitude.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

Good Hindi communication is required; basic/good English preferred.

Prior experience in travel sales, tele-sales, hospitality or customer-facing sales will be an advantage.
