We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new sales opportunities.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, plans, and offers clearly to customers. Handle customer queries and objections professionally and convert leads into customers.

Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and chat . Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and existing customers. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets . Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Coordinate with the onboarding, support, and technical teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to existing customers. Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

Stay updated about company products, services, pricing, and promotional offers.

Good verbal and written communication skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls. Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and chat .

Basic knowledge of computers, internet, and web browsing. Ability to understand and explain software, web platforms, and technical products. Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals. Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career. Prior experience in B2B, B2C, SaaS, IT, or telecalling sales is an added advantage.
