We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, explaining property projects, arranging site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential property buyers.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and available amenities.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily calling and sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Confident, energetic and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Previous experience in real estate sales will be an advantage.
