We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our hotel team and drive business growth through corporate, leisure, group, and event sales.

??? ????????????????:

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other business partners.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquets, conferences, events, and other hospitality services.
- Handle client inquiries, sales calls, meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Banquet,



and other departments for smooth execution of bookings.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update the CRM/client database.

- Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel/hospitality sales preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of corporate sales, banquet/event sales, and local market.
- Target-oriented, confident, presentable, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
