We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing furniture manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of generating new business while maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, corporate clients, and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales leads through field visits, networking, references, and digital platforms.

- Meet architects, interior designers, builders, developers, hotels, offices, and corporate clients to promote our products and services.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design team to provide suitable solutions.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

- Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.

- Coordinate with production, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.





- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

- Ability to travel for client meetings.

- Experience in furniture, modular furniture, interior design, building materials, plywood, laminates, kitchens, or related industries will be preferred.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).

- 5 years of experience in sales or business development.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
