- Someone people love listening to — warm, clear, wonderful with words
- You can take a stranger from "who is this?" to "okay, start from tomorrow" in one call
- Hindi or English; Telugu is a plus, not a must
- Not a script-reader — someone who convinces

WHO WE ARE

- Milkcrop — a Hyderabad dairy with its own farm
- Fresh milk at doors across the city before sunrise
- No adulteration, no middlemen
- Current office in Banjara Hills; you join the core team

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Call the leads our ads bring in and convince them to start
- Bring back customers who tried us and stopped
- Follow up on payments — politely, firmly
- Manage your customers after they join
- Report to the founder — yes or no once a week, no hovering

PAY & HOURS





- ₹20,000–30,000 a month, FIXED — based on what you've done before and how you talk
- No incentive maths, no games — a clean salary that moves when you perform
- 11 AM–8 PM, Monday to Saturday, Sunday off
- Office-based, Banjara Hills THE INTERVIEW
- Not a conversation — a working session
- You call me while I play your toughest customers
- One written message
- 30–60 minutes, and we both know
