Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Executive will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, dealers, and end customers, and promote Kazma’s glass hardware systems, sealants, and accessories. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves regular market visits, tracking competitor activities, providing feedback to the management team,



and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.

The Sales

Executive will maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and contribute to local marketing initiatives and trade events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation capabilities.
- Candidates should possess customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to present technical products clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic product and technical understanding related to hardware, construction, or architectural materials, or be willing to learn quickly.
- Candidates should possess organizational and reporting skills, including comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Relevant experience in B2B or building materials sales, especially in hardware, glass, or construction sectors, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in the field, meet targets, and travel locally within Jaipur and surrounding regions as required.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, with a qualified, ethical, and inclusive approach to colleagues and customers.
