About the role

We are one of India's leading industrial adhesive manufacturers, supplying to top-tier manufacturers and MSMEs across the country. Our adhesive solutions are integrated into high-value industrial machinery used across a wide range of production sectors.

This role is built for someone who can hold down the office operation — managing enquiries, converting leads, and processing orders — while also having the hunger and confidence to step out and chase high-value field opportunities when the moment calls for it. You will work directly with and report to the owner.

Besides bulk B2B orders, we maintain a stock of our retail products range to service retail buyers. You will own this revenue stream entirely, with direct commission earnings on every sale you close.

What you will do

- Prepare invoices, manage order documentation, and coordinate dispatch
- Manage all inbound enquiries from B2B portals, email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Convert retail leads and earn commission on every sale
- Follow up on warm leads to move them through the sales funnel
- Schedule and conduct client visits to manufacturing units and MSMEs when required
- Present adhesive solutions aligned to client machinery and production requirements
- Track client satisfaction post-delivery and resolve any after-sales concerns
- Assist the owner across day-to-day business operations as needed

Who we are looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from any recognised university — preferred
- 10+2 Higher Secondary certificate — mandatory




- Scientific and logical aptitude — you should enjoy understanding how products work
- Comfortable managing office operations independently and taking initiative
- Open and eager to do field visits when bigger orders are on the line
- Strong communication in Hindi and English — written and spoken
- Motivated by commission earnings and personal sales targets
- Prior 'technical' sales experience is a bonus

Work setup This is a primarily office-based role in South-East part of New Delhi. The bulk of your day will involve managing enquiries, converting leads, and assisting sales team. Field visits to clients are also a part of the role and is expected when required — these visits are where the biggest commissions are earned.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
