Decora Group is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Rajkot.

If you have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to represent premium projects with confidence, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide prospective clients during site visits and present Decora Group’s projects.
- Attend planned client visits and walk-in prospects.
- Understand project brochures, floor plans, and offerings and explain them effectively to prospects.
- Stay in regular communication with brokers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with relevant agencies to ensure project inventory and client-facing spaces remain presentable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Assist during events organised by Decora Group.
- Follow up with clients as part of post-sales service.
- Follow up with leads generated through Decora’s lead-generation campaigns.
- Efficiently use CRM software and Microsoft 365/Excel for daily sales activities and reporting.
- Stay updated on market prices across different segments, areas, and projects in Rajkot.

What We’re Looking For:





- 3+ years of experience in a real estate sales-centric role.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional approach.
- Strong understanding of floor plans and project brochures.
- Comfortable handling a good volume of walk-in clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft 365.
- Graduate preferred, though not a strict requirement.
- Must be available on-site every Sunday.

? Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

?️ Lunch Break: 1 hour

? 4 days off per month (Wednesdays and Sundays cannot be selected as days off)

? Immediate joining required
