Position Details

- Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory

- Industry: Building Materials / Manufacturing / Architectural Products

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in B2B / Project Sales. The ideal candidate should have exposure to building materials, manufacturing, or architectural products and be comfortable handling architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, and contractors.

- Generate new business opportunities and maintain the sales pipeline.

- Promote building materials and architectural products.

- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, and projects until closure.

- Track projects from specification to execution.





- Achieve sales targets and identify current project opportunities.

- Conduct client meetings and project visits across the assigned territory.

Industry Preference

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.

- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.

- Experience in B2B / Project / Technical Sales preferred.

- Exposure to architects, consultants, contractors, builders, or developers is an advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Target-oriented with a willingness to travel for client and project meetings.

- Candidates willing to relocate to Bangalore / Hyderabad can be considered.
