Sales Executive Inside Sales | Work From Home

FitPanther is a growing healthy food brand helping people make healthy eating easier, convenient, and consistent.

We are looking for a high-performance Sales Executive with 2+ years of sales experience who can take ownership of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and monthly sales targets.

What You Will Do

- Handle incoming leads through phone calls and WhatsApp
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right meal plans
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain and manage your sales pipeline
- Reconnect with old and inactive leads
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records
- Update Google Sheets / CRM regularly
- Track daily calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales
- Handle customer objections and close sales
- Share ideas to improve the sales process and conversion rate

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Good follow-up and sales-closing ability




- Experience working with sales targets
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Positive knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets / Excel and CRM
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Performance-oriented mindset
