Galaxy Display Racks is looking for a Telecaller & Sales Executive to join their team.

? Location: 1st Floor, Sattar Colony Opposite to gate no.97, Digha Patna 80001 Bihar

? Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

What you’ll do

- Attend incoming customer calls
- Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads
- Understand customer requirements
- Share product catalogues on WhatsApp
- Follow up with interested customers
- Prepare/coordinate quotations
- Take customer orders
- Maintain proper lead follow-up records
- Coordinate with the sales team for order closure

What we’re looking for

✔️ Good communication skills

✔️ Hindi + basic English

✔️ Confident on phone calls

✔️ Comfortable with WhatsApp & basic computer work

✔️ Sales/telecalling experience preferred

✔️ Solid follow-up and customer-handling skills
