Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Ahmedabad.

The Sales

Coordinator will support the sales team by managing daily sales operations, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely order processing. The role involves regular communication with customers to handle inquiries, follow up on leads, track order status, and provide updates to both customers and the sales team.

Coordinator will assist in preparing sales reports, updating CRM or sales tracking tools, and helping organize meetings, presentations, and other sales activities.



The individual will work closely with sales leadership to streamline workflows, improve customer satisfaction, and help achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage workflows, documentation, and support the sales cycle.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with customers, sales team members, and internal departments.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic CRM or sales software for data entry, reporting, and record management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work accurately under time constraints, and maintain attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role, ideally within a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Strong teamwork mindset, professional conduct, and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.
