Role Description The Sales Cashier is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for handling point-of-sale transactions, processing payments accurately, issuing receipts, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

The Sales

Cashier welcomes guests, answers questions about promotions and offerings, and provides courteous, efficient service at the counter. Daily tasks include managing queues, resolving basic billing or payment inquiries, and coordinating with the service and gaming teams to ensure a smooth guest experience. The role also involves following standard operating procedures,



adhering to safety and compliance guidelines, and supporting overall cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong cash handling, basic math, and point-of-sale (POS) operation skills.
- Candidates should possess customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess sales and upselling abilities, including promoting offers, packages, and loyalty programs.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills for accurate billing and transaction processing.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy setting and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional training in customer service or retail operations is an advantage.
