Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive who can handle field sales, develop current business opportunities, manage vendors/clients, and successfully close deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Conduct field visits and meet potential clients/vendors.
- Promote and sell company products/services.
- Handle client and vendor communication professionally.
- Negotiate with clients/vendors and close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads, quotations and ongoing business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders/business.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable with field work and client visits.
- Ability to handle vendor/client deals and close business effectively.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and client visits when required.
