We are hiring energetic Sales Associates for Amritsar and Karnal.

The Role

Visit schools, meet decision-makers and demonstrate Codju’s technology and learning solutions to Principals, Directors, Coordinators and teachers.

Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with schools and generate leads.
- Meet school decision-makers and understand their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain Codju’s solutions.
- Follow up through meetings, calls and WhatsApp/email.
- Coordinate demos, trials and onboarding.
- Maintain sales activity records and achieve targets.

What We Are Looking For

- 0–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, education sales or field sales.




- School/education sales experience preferred.
- CBSE-educated candidates preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of computers and software.
- Comfortable travelling extensively within the assigned territory.
- Positive, target-oriented and consistent with follow-ups.

You don’t need to be a technical expert—we will train you. Communication, confidence, curiosity and willingness to learn are most important.

Compensation and Growth

₹18,000–₹22,000/month + Performance Bonus

Travel allowance provided. Strong performers can grow into Senior Sales Associate, Area Sales Manager or Business Development Manager roles.
