Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving admissions for Hero Vired's online Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degree Programs. You will engage with prospective learners, understand their educational and career goals, provide program counseling, and guide them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through outbound and inbound calls.
- Counsel candidates on UG and PG degree programs based on their career aspirations.
- Build strong relationships with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual counseling sessions.
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads throughout the admission lifecycle.
- Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM platforms.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.




- Deliver a superior candidate experience by addressing queries and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled learners.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in B2C sales, EdTech, education counseling, or admission sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes is preferred.
