- Welcome customers and create a warm,personalised shopping experienc

e . Understand customer preferences, requirements and style

. Recommend products based on individual needs

. Drive individual and store sales targets

. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits

. Maintain premium store presentation and visual merchandising standards

. Assist with billing, POS and day-to-day store operations

. Stay updated on new collections, products and offers

. Keep racks, displays and the store floor organised and customer-ready
